Family Behavior Management Coaching
FTCCRC is here to help families navigate through the challenging obstacles of behavior management. We understand how frustrating and exhausting it can be having children with behavior challenges. We have developed strategies to support the family function managing these challenges.
If you’re having problems as a family, whatever’s causing them, Family Coaching can help the whole family to communicate better, and to understand and resolve differences.
When families go through change, it can be difficult to learn to adapt. Coaching can help family members to support one another through these difficult times, to reduce conflict and arguments and grow stronger as a result.
Personal Training is a great way for Parents / Guardians to practice self care . We offer a wide range of training solutions for you. Our aim is to help you achieve your goals by making health living a normal part of your lifestyle. Focusing on nutrition and healthy movements to maintain a healthy mind, body and soul.
Family yoga is designed to develop strength, balance and flexibility in all ages and abilities. It encourages physical interaction, trust and bonding between parents, children and siblings in a calm, creative space.
FTCCRC's Children’s Yoga classes develop self-expression, focus and resilience in children, supporting their learning and well-being in schools. Our bespoke training programs are tailored to the needs of individual schools and their communities.
Parent Social Group
FTCCRC believes that community support is essential for Parents/ Guardians. FTCCRC facilitates Parent support groups monthly for parents to come together and share their parenting experiences.
Youth Fitness Program
FTCCRC offers fitness and healthy eating programs for youth 12-18 years of age
Family Cooking Class
FTCCRC holds cooking classes to promote family healthy eating. Classes are held virtually on weekends.
Food Support Program
FTCCRC works together with community foodbanks to support any families in need in the community.
